Users must select one of the available subscription options to test the application and access its content:

• Monthly auto-renewing subscription: 30-day free trial with an automatically renewing 30-day access to all app content;
• Annual auto-renewing subscription: 3-month free trial with an automatically renewing 365-day access to all app content.

Following the trial period, to continue using the app, the user will need to purchase a subscription, which grants access for the duration of the chosen plan (monthly or annual). If the user decides not to subscribe after the trial, it is necessary to cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date, which is 24 hours before expiration, by following these steps:

The Clinical Emergency Case app is designed to support clinicians in making diagnostic and therapeutic decisions during emergencies by providing accurate, rapid, and reliable information.

To assist in diagnostic interpretation, the app lists emergency diagnoses (with ICD-10 codes) ranked by likelihood based on patient-entered data. Diagnoses are ordered according to typical presentation, considering disease duration, signs and symptoms, risk factors, and laboratory results.

Clinicians will not overlook critical aspects of each emergency diagnosis. Whether it's severity scoring systems, indications or contraindications for treatments, recommended additional exams, or appropriate admission settings (ward or ICU), all essential details are consolidated within a comprehensive Checklist.

The app also offers ready-made prescriptions tailored to each diagnosis, with doses already calculated. Medications are presented with specific details: dosage according to diagnosis, available formulations, proper dilution, infusion duration and route, and preferred administration frequency.

Dose adjustments are automatically made based on renal function, hepatic function, age, weight, height, disease severity, and specific considerations such as allergies, drug interactions, adverse reactions, contraindications, pregnancy or breastfeeding use. The app eliminates the need for manual calculations by providing pre-calculated dosages.

The application can be used anywhere—it does not require an internet connection.

Simply enter patient data into the app. It then displays the most probable diagnoses, provides a checklist of key clinical considerations, suggests management strategies including admission and treatment plans with calculations included, and stores core patient information for future review.
